IZIREN NELSON is an astute Medical Laboratory Scientist with over 20 years’ experience in Public, Private and Corporate laboratory practice. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Microbiology from Lagos State University and a Masters degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Benin. He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in 1995 with a Professional Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.

Nelson, is a licensed Associate member of the Association of Medical Laboratory Sciences in Nigeria.

He is married and lives in Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria.

Nelson is amiable and resilient, loves playing chess and watches science fiction.

He is recognized as an Outstanding Scientist by his peers in Ojo-Badagry Chapter of AMLSN.
